一、前言眼睛是人类获得讯息的主要器官。在很多仪表中,为了便于识别,把各种物理量尽量模拟为长度,靠加大长度来提高测量的精度。这种模拟方式正在被数字化的方式所取代,对所得大量讯息的处理及存取,则借助于计算机。但是,它计算的结果仍然是眼看不见的电学讯号。所以,不论仪表的数字化,还是计算机的输出,都需要显示技术把不可见的讯号变为可见的输出讯号。显示器件及驱动电路把电学输入讯号变成可见的输出讯号,它是仪表、电子学、电视及计算机等和人之间的桥梁。它又是一个限制因素,目前还不能满足新技术发展的
I. Introduction The eye is the main organ for human information.
