在上海新沪钢铁厂、上钢三厂、上海建科所、交通部三航局等单位的共同努力下,采用先进的轧后余热处理新工艺,发展K20MnSi 钢筋的应用技术方面和研究。上海市建科所对冷拉Ⅲ级钢筋予应力砼结构件所作结构性能的试验研究以及交通部三航局已在港口工程基桩中的使用表明,该K20MnSi 钢筋可作为Ⅲ级钢筋应用,经济效益十分显著。目前 K20MnSi 钢筋作为Ⅲ级钢筋已纳入上海市企业标准,主要指标为:
With the joint efforts of Shanghai New Shanghai Iron & Steel Factory, Shanghai Steel Works, Shanghai Jianke Institute and the Third Navigation Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, advanced technology of post-rolling waste heat treatment has been applied to develop the application technology and research of K20MnSi steel bar. Shanghai Jianke Institute on the cold-drawn steel grade Ⅲ reinforced concrete prestressed concrete structure made of the experimental study and the Ministry of Communications Third Air Agency has been used in the piles of port engineering shows that the K20MnSi steel can be used as Ⅲ grade steel, the economy Benefit is very significant.
