一前言近年来,国外在金相试样自动加工技术方面发展迅速,新型高效率的自动金相磨抛光机不断出现。在国内亦引起同行的重视。己研制出若干新颖的金相制样设备。最近我们研制了一种新型的自动金相研磨抛光机,其性能已达到国外同类机型的先进水平。该机能在较短的时间内完成金相试样的粗磨、精磨、粗抛或精抛等多种工序,能自动操作和手工操作,能根据试样的软硬程度选择压力和加工时间,能一次加工3~12块各种形状和尺寸而又未经镶嵌的金相试样,还能加工直径在30~120mm以内的单块试样。基本满足各类金相实验室自动制备金相试样的要求。本文主要介绍该机的原理、结构、性能及其应用。
