选用美国惠普激光干涉仪,对引进日本的H6C机床的精度进行了阶段性检测。在检测过程中发现X轴的线性运动精度存在着一定的问题。在分析找出精度误差的原因后,用激光干涉仪对机床的有关硬件逆行了调整,使X轴的精度恢复到出厂时的线性精度(±0.005mm)。取得了比较满意的结果,为使用与维护奠定了基础。
The selection of the United States HP laser interferometer, the introduction of Japan’s H6C precision machine carried out a phased test. In the detection process found that the X-axis linear motion accuracy there are some problems. After analyzing the reasons for finding out the error of accuracy, the laser interferometer was used to reverse the hardware of the machine tool so that the accuracy of the X axis was restored to the factory linear accuracy (± 0.005mm). Have made more satisfactory results, laid the foundation for the use and maintenance.
