只要有农业生产这一过程存在,就有农资生产存在;只要有农资生产存在,就不可避免地存在着农资营销这种市场行为。以往,对于农资营销这种市场行为的分析,我们总是乐观地分析农资营销当中的契机和有利因素,而忽视或者说淡化了其中不利的一面。其实,对于营销当中的不利因素进行实事求是地分析和把握,对于趋利避害,减少损失,降低风险,也有着一定的积极意义,未尝不可。笔者试从目前农资营销环境当中存在的四个方面的不利因素,谈些个人看法。一、政策因素。政策因素作用于农资营销,往
