目的:建立藏药亚大黄的质量控制方法。方法:采用甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(4060)为流动相,检测波长257nm,柱温:35℃,HPLC法测定亚大黄中芦丁的含量。结果:芦丁的标准工作曲线为:Y=9 554 611.08X+43 219.32,R=0.999 2,芦丁在0.11μg~2.21μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为2.1%(n=5)。结论:建立HPLC法研究亚大黄药材及其制剂的质量控制,更准确的控制药材的质量。
Objective: To establish a quality control method of Tibetan medicine rhubarb. Methods: Methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid solution (4060) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 257nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The content of rutin in the sample was determined by HPLC. Results: The standard working curve of rutin was: Y = 9 554 611.08X + 43 219.32, R = 0.999 2. Rutin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.11μg ~ 2.21μg with an average recovery of 98.6% Was 2.1% (n = 5). Conclusion: The establishment of HPLC method to study the quality control of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and its preparation, more accurately control the quality of medicinal materials.
