由于热处理生产的需要,我分厂为热处理车间生产一批急需的吊环(见图1),数量是200件。以前我们是在加热后锻工使用手锻锤在铁砧上完成的,结果是形状不规则,焊缝位置不确定,影响吊环的质量和使用寿命。后因分厂有一台100kN的液压机,决定设计一套简易的模具,在压力机上完成此项工作,具体操作工艺如 Due to the need of heat treatment production, our factory produces a lot of urgently needed rings for heat treatment workshop (see Figure 1), the quantity is 200 pieces.
