过套管电阻率测井是一种新型的测井方法,要实现测量套管外地层的视电阻率,在激励电流发送到套管期间,至少要测量4个参数,在低频电流激励作用下一个测量周期需要传输数据量非常大,为了实现信号实时采集,提出一种过套管信号采集的实现电路与测量点的分布结构,同时提出了地面与井下异地信号采集点的同步传输实现方法。使测量信号在CAN总线,曼码通信,485通信,RS232通信并存的复杂系统中完成有序无误的传输,提高了测井效率。系统无需在各个数据转发节点采用大容量缓存机制,简化了电路降低井下仪故障率。
Cased resistivity logging is a new type of well logging method. The measurement signal in the CAN bus, Man code communications, 485 communications, RS232 communications coexist complex system to complete the orderly error-free transmission, improved logging efficiency. The system eliminates the need for large-capacity caching mechanisms at each data forwarding node, simplifying circuitry to reduce downhole tool failure rates.
