为探讨学龄儿童血铅与智商及学习成绩关系,选择广州市无铅污染源的某郊区4所小学共331名7~11岁儿童进行血铅、智力和学习成绩调查及其相关研究。结果表明,儿童血铅范围0.34~2.35μM/L,平均水平0.78μM/L,无性别差异。按不同智商等级、不同学业成绩与血铅作相关分析,结果智商、学习成绩与血铅未见明显相关。但儿童智力与学习成绩仍有随血铅增高而呈下降趋势。对部分儿童智力用两种测验方法进行了对比研究,其结果有良好相关性。
In order to explore the relationship between blood lead and IQ and academic achievement of school-aged children, 331 children aged 7 to 11 years old from 4 primary schools in a suburban area of Guangzhou were investigated for blood lead, intelligence and academic achievement and their related studies. The results showed that children’s blood lead range 0.34 ~ 2.35μM / L, the average level of 0.78μM / L, no gender differences. According to different IQ levels, different academic records and blood lead for the correlation analysis, the results of IQ, academic performance and blood lead no significant correlation. However, children’s intelligence and academic performance still show a declining trend with the increase of blood lead. Some children’s intelligence with two test methods were compared, the results have a good correlation.
