3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰亚磷酸季戊四醇酯是一种抗氧化性和热稳定性优良的抗氧剂,在聚烯烃中得到广泛的应用。以3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯(简称3,5-甲酯)、亚磷酸三苯酯、季戊四醇为原料,碳酸钾为催化剂合成了3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰亚磷酸季戊四醇酯。考查了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间及物料配比等因素的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件。在此条件下,收率在95%以上。并通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、核磁氢谱对产品进行组成结构表征。
Pentaerythritol 3- (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionylphosphite is an antioxidant with excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability and is widely used in polyolefins. 3 (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate (abbreviated as 3,5-methyl ester), triphenyl phosphite and pentaerythritol were used as raw materials and potassium carbonate - (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl pentaerythritol ester. The effects of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and material ratio were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined. In this condition, the yield is above 95%. The composition of the product was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum analysis and nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum.
