Changes in enzymes have sensitive characteristics that reflect changes in cellular metabolism. Animal experiments have shown that in the process of carcinogenesis in mice, LDH and its isoenzymes are changed early, and cancer cells have GGT activity. Studies on human tumor-associated enzymes have been relatively rare. In this paper, 14 cases of esophageal cancer patients were measured for LDH and CPK, and their isoenzymes were observed. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods 1. Esophageal cancer surgical specimens and treatment. Cancer tissue was harvested from the center of the tumor. Paracancerous tissue was cut 1 cm away from the tumor and normal tissue was taken from the cut end.
