通过对不同纤维掺量和水灰比混凝土试件进行力学性能正交试验,利用直观分析法、极差分析法和方差分析法,分析了不同碳纤维掺量、不同水灰比对混凝土力学性能的影响,结果表明纤维掺量和水灰比均对抗压强度和劈拉强度具有重要影响,其中抗压强度受水灰比影响更大,劈拉强度受纤维掺量影响更大。结合理论分析得出恰当配合比混凝土,能够满足巷道喷层支护要求。
Through the orthogonal test of mechanical properties of concrete specimens with different fiber content and water-cement ratio, the effects of different carbon fiber content and different water-cement ratio on the mechanical properties of concrete were analyzed by using the methods of visual analysis, range analysis and variance analysis The results show that both fiber content and water-cement ratio have an important influence on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, of which the compressive strength is more affected by the water-cement ratio and the splitting tensile strength is more affected by the fiber content. Combining with the theoretical analysis, it is concluded that the proper proportioning concrete can meet the requirement of roadway shotcrete support.
