通过对HQ-60新钢种的试板和试样焊缝的残余应力实测得到,试样焊缝中的残余应力很小,在研究高应力比下焊缝的疲劳裂纹扩展时可忽略其影响。根据焊缝的裂纹扩展试验结果,得到了在线弹性范围内扩展速率公式。在小范围屈服区提出了一个应力强度因子修正方法,扩大该公式的应用范围,为焊接结构寿命分析提供了方便。
The residual stress in the weld of the specimen is very small by measuring the residual stress of the test plate and the sample weld of the new type of HQ-60. The influence of the fatigue crack propagation on the weld can be neglected while studying the high stress ratio . According to the result of crack propagation test of weld, the expansion rate formula in the range of on-line elasticity was obtained. In the small yield zone, a stress intensity factor correction method is proposed to expand the scope of application of the formula, which provides convenience for the life analysis of welded structures.
