目的探讨环氧乙烷低温灭菌器在使用中存在问题及防范对策。方法对3年内160舱次运行中存在的问题进行回顾性分析,并阐述出现问题的原因。结果 3年中环氧乙烷低温灭菌器正常灭菌146舱次,占91.3%,运行过程中出现问题14舱次,包括故障报警7次,气压过低4次,气瓶针不刺瓶1次,抽真空时间过长1次,湿化加热过慢1次。另外灭菌结束后环氧乙烷残留量超标2次,包装破损5例,包装袋出现污渍4例。结论环氧乙烷低温灭菌在临床应用广泛,在使用中加强操作前培训、严格把握工作流程、定期维护保养会提高灭菌效果和质量。 Objective To investigate the problems and countermeasures in the use of ethylene oxide cryogenic sterilizer. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the problems existing in the 160-class operation in 3 years and the reasons for the problems were described. Results The 3-year sterilization of ethylene oxide cryogenic sterilizer was carried out in a normal way with a total volume of 146 cockpits, accounting for 91.3%. During the operation, there were 14 cockpit problems, including 7 failures and 4 times of low pressure. 1 time, the vacuum time is too long 1, humidification heating too slow 1. In addition, after the end of sterilization ethylene oxide exceeded 2 times, 5 cases of damaged packaging, bags appear stains in 4 cases. Conclusion Low temperature sterilization of ethylene oxide is widely used in clinic. During the operation, the pre-operation training is strengthened and the workflow is strictly controlled. The regular maintenance will improve the sterilization effect and quality.
