Since 2012, the Central Organization Department, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Civil Service, has organized the Central Government to publicly select civil servants. On the basis of the pilot in 2011, efforts were further intensified, and 41 departments openly selected 132 civil servants, including 22 directors, deputy directors and 110 chief clerks.
