合成了三种草酸根桥联的新型CdⅡ3 FeⅢ 异四核配合物 [Cd3 Fe(OX) 3 L6](ClO4 ) 3 ,L分别为 1,10_邻菲咯啉 (phen) ;5_硝基_1,10_邻菲咯啉 (NO2 _phen) ;2 ,9_二甲基_1,10_邻菲咯啉 (Me2 _phen) ;OX表示草酸根阴离子 .经元素分析、摩尔电导的测定以及红外光谱的研究 ,已推断这些配合物具有草酸根结构 ,其中Cd(Ⅱ )和Fe(Ⅲ )离子均处于八面体构型 .测试了这些配合物的抗菌活性 ,结果表明 ,这些异四核配合物的抑菌活性优于配体的抑菌活性 .
Three kinds of oxalate-bridged novel CdⅡ3 FeⅢheterotetraluclear complexes [Cd3 Fe (OX) 3 L6] (ClO4) 3 were synthesized. Their L were 1,10-phenanthroline and 5-nitro _1,10_ phenanthroline (NO2_phen); 2, 9_ dimethyl _1,10_ phenanthroline (Me2_phen); OX oxalate anions. By elemental analysis, the determination of molar conductance and Infrared spectroscopy has been concluded that these complexes have oxalate structure, in which Cd (Ⅱ) and Fe (Ⅲ) ions are in octahedral configuration.The antibacterial activity of these complexes was tested, the results show that these heterotetraucleosides Antibacterial activity of the material is better than the antibacterial activity of the ligand.
