高血压和动脉粥样硬化都是以血管平滑肌细胞增生为主要特征的疾病,但其发病机理尚不十分清楚。我们曾提出癌基因表达异常可能是某些心血管病细胞增殖的重要因素之一。本工作应用分子杂交和反义核酸技术表明,某些癌基因的过度表达或抗癌基因的表达不足/突变可能参与高血压和动脉粥样硬化的发病过程。
Hypertension and atherosclerosis are all characterized by vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation, but the pathogenesis is not yet clear. We have suggested that aberrant expression of oncogenes may be one of the important factors in the proliferation of certain cardiovascular diseases. This work uses molecular hybridization and antisense nucleic acid technology to show that overexpression of some oncogenes or insufficient expression of anti-oncogene / mutations may be involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension and atherosclerosis.
