本文对长118米、高24米的框架式渡槽结构,按三维有限元法采用 SAP5结构分析程序,进行了多种工况的内力计算和应力分析。经比较分析得知,本文的内力、应力计算成果与现场应力、应变试验结果基本符合,说明所取的力学模型正确,内力分布的规律性明确,结构的危险断面亦很清楚。鉴于该渡槽已有五十一年历史,却没有留下任何计算资料,因此,本文的计算与分析,为该渡槽的改建提供了重要依据,已被工程单位采用。
In this paper, the 118-meter-long and 24-meter-high frame aqueduct structure is analyzed by the SAP5 structural analysis program according to the three-dimensional finite element method, and the internal force calculation and stress analysis under various working conditions are performed. According to comparative analysis, the internal force and stress calculation results in this paper are basically in accordance with the field stress and strain test results, which shows that the mechanical model taken is correct, the regularity of internal force distribution is clear, and the dangerous section of the structure is also very clear. Since the aqueduct has a history of 51 years, it has not left any calculation data. Therefore, the calculation and analysis of this article provide an important basis for the reconstruction of the aqueduct and has been adopted by the engineering unit.
