通过对2558份大豆种质资源田间夏播,用SMV混合毒原人工摩擦接种鉴定,初步筛选出50余份抗源。鉴定结果表明在2558份种质资源中未发现免疫的材料,抗病的仅8份,占总数的0.3%;中抗的47份,占总数的1.8%;中感的434份,占总数的17%;感病的1405份,占总数的54.9%;高感的664份,占总数的26%。确认抗性最佳的为阜75-1、齐黄22、鲁豆4等8份,对田间初选抗源及近年来外引抗源共100余份,在网室内进行SMV1、2、3号株系的人工接种鉴定,从中筛选出近60份专抗及兼抗性抗源。确认兼抗三个株系的有沈8655,茶豆74-7-4和山东84037,抗SMVI号株系和抗或中抗SMV2、3号株系的有8份,中抗SMV1、2、3号株系的有13份,从专化性看,抗1号株系的有饼17份,抗2号株系的有6份.抗3号株系的有9份。
