针对1000 MW机组的塔式炉一级再热器受热面管壁减薄并导致泄漏的情况,通过对塔式炉上部受热面结构与蒸汽吹灰的影响进行深入分析,揭示了管壁快速减薄与塌灰影响燃烧安全的尖锐矛盾,提出了增加高效能免维护大功率声波吹灰器、并与蒸汽吹灰器组合吹灰的综合治理方案,解决了塔式炉一级再热器磨损与积灰的二选一的运行难题,经过1年多的运行验证,取得了满意的效果。
