本文在对山东半岛外经贸企业进行充分调研的基础上,对山东半岛国贸专业人才需求现状进行了分析,并提出了国贸专业课程体系改革的思路,即基于外贸岗位群核心职业能力,构建以就业为导向,以能力为主线,面向山东半岛蓝色经济区的人才培养模式,确定“宽平台、双方向”的课程体系,根据岗位职业核心能力设置专业课程。 Based on the thorough investigation and study of the Shandong Peninsula foreign economic and trade enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of the demand for professional talents in Shandong Peninsula International Trade, and puts forward the thinking of the reform of the international trade professional course system, that is, based on the core occupational ability of foreign trade posts group to build employment. Guided by the ability of the main line, facing the personnel training mode of the blue economic zone in Shandong Peninsula, the curriculum system of “broad platform, dual direction” is determined, and professional courses are set up according to the core competence of the job.
