基于某型号混凝土泵调试中摆动系统换向出现异常,通过对该混凝土泵摆动系统的压力、液压阀先导控制压力以及液压阀阀芯位移进行多次现场测试,对实测曲线进行逐步分析并对摆动阀流体域进行CFX仿真,最终确定油液流经液压阀产生的液动力引起阀芯回移,进而引起摆动系统出现换向异常。
