在农田水利工程中,往往会遇到钢筋混凝土圆形截面受弯构件的强度计算和验算,如农桥的井柱桩桥台结构及井柱桩连拱挡土墙中,予制钢筋混凝土圆形柱的吊装、圆形截面钢筋混凝土梁等等。但是,目前常用的书中对直线形截面阐述较多,如矩形、T型等截面,且有现成的公式和图表查用,而对圆形截面受弯构件的强度计算,则较少涉及,因此,在工程建设中遇到圆形截面钢筋混凝土受弯构件的截面设计和强度校核时感到很不方便。为此,本文根据一般钢筋混凝土受弯构件正截面强度计算的理论并参考圆环形截面受弯构件正截面强度计算的方法,提出圆形截面受弯构件的计算方法,以弥补其不足,同时针对农田水利工程设计要求计算简单,方
