中西医综合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的60例COPD合并SIRS患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组30例,采取抗生素、吸氧、支气管扩张剂等西医常规治疗方法;观察组30例,在西医常规治疗上加用中医治疗方法,对两组患者治疗后症状、体征、血气分析等改善情况进行观察。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为96.67%,对照组为76.67%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后血气分析结果对比显示,治疗前,两组患者无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后,两组患者均有改善,但是观察组指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者IL-8、TNF-α、CRP等炎性反应指标无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后数据显示,观察组指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、哮鸣音、气短、喘息等症状消失及体征恢复时间明显较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:COPD合并SIRS采取中西医结合方案治疗,其临床疗效显著,有效改善患者气血分析指标,缩短疗程,快速缓解症状,消除机体炎症反应,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). Methods: Sixty COPD patients with SIRS who were admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and Western medicine (conventional therapy) such as antibiotics, oxygen inhalation and bronchodilator. Conclusions: COPD combined with SIRS is treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical curative effect is significant. It can effectively improve the indexes of qi and blood analysis, shorten the course of treatment, relieve symptoms quickly and eliminate the inflammatory reaction in the body. It is worth further clinical promotion.
