研究了真空熔炼和普通熔炼两种熔炼方法对高锰钢耐钢磨性的影响。结果表明,真空熔炼的高锰钢耐磨性明显高于普通熔炼的高锰钢的耐磨性,随磨损冲击功的增大,二者的耐磨性差距增大,其增幅最高可达一倍左右。真空熔炼的高锰钢中夹杂物少而细小,晶界纯净,冲击韧性高,磨损表层中裂纹不易产生和扩展,可延迟磨屑的形成和剥落,这是真空熔炼提高高锰耐磨性的主要原因
The effects of vacuum smelting and common smelting methods on the wear resistance of high manganese steel were studied.
