目的建立畜禽肉中镍含量的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。方法称取捣碎并混合均匀的样品,采用湿式消解和微波消解2种前处理方法处理样品,在选定的最佳仪器工作条件下,采用硝酸钯-磷酸二氢铵混合溶液为基体改进剂有效消除基体干扰,降低背景吸收,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行测定。结果本法在0.00μg/L~30.0μg/L具有良好的线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 6,检出限为0.80μg/L;采用湿式消解法和微波消解法进行前处理所测得镍含量的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.31%和3.58%,回收率分别为94.2%~103.0%和96.5%~102.0%。结论 2种前处理方法都具有较好的准确度和精密度,且操作简便、分析速度快、结果准确、适用性强,是较为理想的测定畜禽肉中镍含量的方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of nickel in livestock and poultry meat by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Weigh the mashed and mixed samples, the samples were treated by two kinds of pretreatment methods: wet digestion and microwave digestion. Under the optimal working conditions of the instrument, the mixed solution of palladium nitrate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as matrix modifier Effectively eliminate matrix interference, reduce background absorption, and determine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.00μg / L to 30.0μg / L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 6 and the detection limit of 0.80μg / L. The pretreatment with wet digestion and microwave digestion The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of nickel content were 4.31% and 3.58%, and the recovery rates were 94.2% ~ 103.0% and 96.5% ~ 102.0%, respectively. Conclusion Both of the two pretreatment methods have good accuracy and precision, and are easy to operate, fast in analysis, accurate in result and strong in applicability. It is an ideal method for the determination of nickel content in livestock and poultry meat.
