职技高师院校的职业指导工作中长期存在忽视调查学生从教意愿、教师教育资源收益率低、非师范学生就业边缘化的问题。通过实时监控学生从教意愿的变化、增加教师职业能力测评实现最佳人职匹配。在教师教育课程中增加职业体验环节,就业指导课程更具针对性,以期提高学生对职校教师的职业认同和职业指导的有效性。
The long-term neglect of investigating students’ willingness to teach, the low rate of return of teachers’educational resources, and the non-normal student employment marginalization exist in the long-term vocational guidance work in higher vocational colleges. Through real-time monitoring of the changes of students ’willingness to teach, increase the assessment of teachers’ professional ability to achieve the best job matching. In the teacher education curriculum to increase the part of the career experience, career guidance courses more targeted, with a view to improving students vocational school teachers and career guidance vocational guidance effectiveness.
