目的探讨护理管理中人性化管理模式的应用情况。方法以问卷调查的方式,选择100例护理人员、患者,调查人性化管理模式开展前后对医院护理管理的满意度。采取前后对比临床实验,总结归纳人性化管理模式开展的经验。结果实施人性化管理模式之后,100例护理人员中,总满意度为%;100例患者中,总满意度为%。结论通过人性化管理模式,患者、护理人员对医院护理管理的满意度均得到显著提升,可在临床护理管理中,广泛推广。
Objective To explore the application of humanized management mode in nursing management. Methods By questionnaire survey, 100 nurses and patients were selected to investigate the satisfaction of hospital nursing management before and after the implementation of the humane management mode. Before and after taking comparative clinical trials, summed up the experience of humane management. Results After the implementation of the humane management mode, among 100 nurses, the total satisfaction was%; among 100 patients, the total satisfaction was%. Conclusion Through the humanized management mode, the satisfaction of patients and nurses to the hospital nursing management has been significantly improved, which can be widely promoted in clinical nursing management.
