在社会经济发展迅猛的当下,地市公路系统面临的除了前所未有的发展机遇的同时,也面临着刻不容缓的整体改革态势。在地市公路系统中,人力资源是十分重要的建设、管理资源,因此,对于人力资源的管理就必须更加的严谨。本文主简述了地市公路系统在人力资源管理方面的管理现状,从影响人力资源管理的四个问题展开讨论,并根据实际情况提出相应的解决地市公路系统中人力资源管理的问题,希望能对地市公路系统人力资源管理工作有所帮助。
At the moment when the social and economic development is swift and violent, the road system faced by cities and cities in addition to the unprecedented opportunities for development is also facing the urgent need of overall reform. In the city highway system, human resources are very important to build and manage resources, so the management of human resources must be more rigorous. This paper briefly describes the current situation of human resources management in the city highway system, discusses the four problems affecting human resources management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems of human resources management in the city highway system according to the actual situation.
