在目前社会发展中,由于豆类食品营养价值高而得到了人们的重视与关注。在我国传统的饮食体系中,人们不断的讲究“五谷宜为养,失豆则不良”的说法,这也就是说在我们使用的食物里面五谷是最有价值的,但是失去豆类植物之后就显得失去平衡和营养价值的欠缺。就现代化营养学发展而言,豆类食品中微量元素的含量最多,且这些元素大多都有利于人们生活和身体健康。本文就火焰原子吸收法进行概述,提出了其在豆类食品中微量元素的检验研究标准,以供同行参考。
In the current social development, due to the high nutritional value of legumes has been people’s attention and attention. In our country’s traditional dietary system, people pay more attention to the saying that “grains should be raised and beans lost.” In other words, grain is the most valuable food we use, but the loss of legumes After that it seems out of balance and lack of nutritional value. For the development of modern nutrition, the content of trace elements in legumes is the most, and most of these elements are beneficial to people’s life and health. In this paper, flame atomic absorption spectrometry is summarized, and its testing standards for trace elements in legumes are proposed for reference.
