现代化大型机组的调节系统由于采用了独立电液伺服阀和油动机驱动的调节阀,阀门管理具有更先进的功能。能够方便地实现顺序阀和单阀的配汽方式,并能实现二者的无扰切换。对某型国产300MW机组阀切换特性进行了试验研究,结果表明,在不同配汽方式下机组胀差、汽缸金属温度、高、中压缸排汽温度和振动特性等均具有明显差异。指出应综合考虑机组的效率和运行安全性,以适应不断发展的电力市场。
Modular system for modern large-scale units Valve management with more advanced functions due to the use of independent electro-hydraulic servo valves and oil-powered control valves. It can realize the steam distribution method of sequence valve and single valve conveniently, and realize the interference-free switching between the two. The valve switching characteristics of a domestically produced 300 MW unit were tested and the results showed that there were significant differences in the unit expansion, cylinder metal temperature, exhaust gas temperature and vibration characteristics of high and medium pressure cylinders under different distribution modes. It is pointed out that unit efficiency and operational safety should be considered synthetically to adapt to the evolving power market.
