近年来,幼儿教师的职业道德与从业底线表现出来的问题越来越明显,屡屡遭到来自社会、家庭等各方面的批评与指责。为了弄清产生这种结果的原因及将要采取何种措施,就要从在校的幼师生身上找出失范所在。因此,为了认识五年制幼师生的失范行为现状,本课题以徐州幼儿师范高等专科学校五年制的学生为对象来调查,分析了有关五年制幼师生的失范行为,以期探索五年制幼师学校学生失范行为管理的有效措施。
