The cave building has a long history in the vast villages and towns of our country. It is a unique native building created by the working people of our country through long-term production and living practices. Cave building is widely distributed in northern China, starting from the Yellow Sea coast in the east, to the foot of the Kunlun Mountains in the west, especially in the vast areas of the Loess Plateau in northwest China. It can adapt to local conditions and harmonize the artificial environment with the natural environment. According to relevant information, at least 40 million people in China are still mainly cave houses. The cave building has the advantages of simple construction, low construction cost, cool in winter and cool in summer, energy saving, land saving, and protection of natural ecology.
