在铝合金激光深熔焊接的基础上,研究了修饰焊对激光深熔焊缝成形的影响。结果表明:激光修饰焊不仅可以显著改善铝合金焊缝咬边、下塌等成形不良缺陷,减小焊缝表层气孔;还可以细化接头组织,在一定程度上提高接头的强度和塑性。表明了激光修饰焊是强化铝合金激光焊接头的有效方法。
Based on the deep penetration laser welding of aluminum alloy, the influence of modified welding on the forming of laser deep penetration welding was studied. The results show that laser welding can not only significantly improve the defects such as undercut and collapse of the weld, but also reduce the porosity of the weld surface. It can also refine the joint structure and improve the strength and plasticity of the joint to a certain extent. It shows that laser-modified welding is an effective way to strengthen the aluminum alloy laser welding head.
