目的:探讨保证乳腺癌保乳手术美容效果的相关技术问题。方法:我院自2002年6月～2006年12月对83例Ⅰ、Ⅱa期乳腺癌实施保乳手术,术后定期随访并做美容效果评估。结果:83例保乳患者术后检查美容效果评分:优18例,占21.69%;良级39例,占46.99%;一般级19例,占22.89%;差级7例,占8.43%。患者的自我满意度为85.5%(71/83)。结论:保乳手术应以充分切除肿瘤同时兼顾美容效果为原则,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To discuss the technical problems of ensuring the cosmetic effect of breast-conserving surgery. Methods: From June 2002 to December 2006, 83 cases of stage Ia and IIa breast cancer were treated with breast-conserving surgery. Regular follow-up and cosmetic evaluation were performed. Results: Eighty-three breast-conserving patients underwent cosmetic examinations after operation. Among them, 18 were excellent, accounting for 21.69%; 39 were good, accounting for 46.99%; 19 were normal, accounting for 22.89%; and 7 were poor, accounting for 8.43%. Patient self-satisfaction was 85.5% (71/83). Conclusion: Breast-conserving surgery should be based on the principle of full removal of tumors while taking into account the cosmetic effect, to improve the quality of life of patients.
