目的:优选出青天葵提取液最佳脱色工艺。方法:以青天葵中提取液的氨基酸损失率和脱色率为考察指标,在对pH、活性炭用量、脱色温度及脱色时间进行单因素考察的基础上,采用正交试验设计对工艺参数进行优选,并进行验证试验。结果:最佳脱色工艺为pH 3.0,活性炭加入量为0.01 g.mL-1,脱色温度为40℃,脱色时间为20 min。结论:优选得到的提取工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the optimal decolorization process of the extract of Artemisia selengensis. Methods: Taking the amino acid loss rate and decolorization rate of extracts of A. niloticus as indexes, based on the single factor study on pH, the amount of activated carbon, decolorization temperature and decolorization time, the orthogonal design was used to optimize the process parameters, And verify the test. Results: The optimal decolorization process was pH 3.0, the amount of activated carbon was 0.01 g.mL-1, the decolorization temperature was 40 ℃ and the decolorization time was 20 min. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible.
