随着改革不断的深入,我国的劳动关系正在普遍地市场化和契约化,劳动过程内的保障问题已经鲜明地突出出来。所以中国经济体制的转型必然要求建立一个适应市场经济体制要求的社会劳动保障体系。而劳工的劳动保障正是首先关注劳动关系的核心问题和突出问题。在市场经济环境下,只有通过合理的社会劳动保障来保护劳动者权利、调动他们的积极性,实现他们的社会价值,只有良好的劳动环境、安全的劳动过程、和谐的劳动关系才能真正的保障劳动者的切身利益,不但可以保护劳动者,还可以更好的进行市场经济的建设,在保护劳动者的发言权和公平的前提下,实现效率最大化。

In the market economy, only through a reasonable social labor protection to protect the rights of workers, mobilize their enthusiasm and realize their social values, only a good working environment, a safe labor process, harmonious labor relations can truly protect the labor The vital interests of those who not only can protect the workers, but also can better carry out the construction of a market economy and maximize the efficiency under the precondition of protecting the rights and interests of laborers.
