固体激光器聚光腔有多种形状,其中较为实用的以椭圆柱形聚光腔效率为最高,但过去由于除了能用特种设备与专用加工装置加工外,在普通设备上加工尚没有成熟的工艺方法,所以应用还不太普遍。现介绍我厂在试制椭圆柱形聚光腔中,“三结合”小组所创造的一种在立式铣床上简便铣削加工法。这种工艺方法不需特种设备与专用加工装置,而且操作方便,所以对于类似工业产品也有着参考的价值。
