研究了在表面活性剂存在下,2-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(BTAMB)与Fe(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验结果表明,在pH 5.2~6.6的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(NaLS)和非离子表面活性剂Triton:X-100存在下,Fe(Ⅱ)与BTAMB形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物,其最大吸收峰位于604nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.98×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。络合物的组成比为Fe(Ⅱ):BTAMB=1:2,其表观不稳定常数为6.13×10~(-1)。在0~16μg Fe/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。本法是目前光度法测定Fe(Ⅱ)灵敏度较高的显色反应之一,并具有良好的选择性。应用于生物样品中微量铁的测定,结果令人满意。
The color reaction of 2- (2-benzothiazolylazo) -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (BTAMB) with Fe (Ⅱ) was studied in the presence of a surfactant. The experimental results showed that Fe (Ⅱ) and Fe (Ⅱ) in the presence of sodium lauryl sulfate (NaLS) and nonionic surfactant Triton: X-100 BTAMB forms a stable blue-violet complex with a maximum absorption peak at 604 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 7.98 × 10 -4 l · mol -1 cm -1. The composition ratio of the complex is Fe (Ⅱ): BTAMB = 1: 2, and its apparent unstable constant is 6.13 × 10 ~ (-1). Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 16μg Fe / 25ml. This method is one of the most sensitive chromogenic reactions for the determination of Fe (Ⅱ) by spectrophotometry and has good selectivity. Applied to the determination of trace amounts of iron in biological samples, the results are satisfactory.
