用３３个成人颅，对翼管的位置、形态进行观测，并对其临床应用进行了讨论。翼管位于翼突内侧板基部，可分为前、中、后三段，中段为理想的钻探部位。
33 adult cranial vessels were used to observe the position and shape of the wing tube and to discuss its clinical application. The wing tube is located at the base of the winglet medial plate and can be divided into the front, middle and back three segments, and the middle segment is the ideal drilling part.
