以黄瓜、黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜种子为试材,研究不同浓度的苯甲酸对种子露白率、胚根长度、胚根弯曲度、胚根直径及种子活率的影响。结果表明:随着苯甲酸浓度的增加,种子露白率、胚根长度和种子活率均呈下降趋势,且黄瓜降低的最明显,其次是白籽南瓜,最后是黑籽南瓜;种子的弯曲度和胚根直径则呈现上升趋势,黄瓜增加的最明显,其次是白籽南瓜,最后是黑籽南瓜。总之,黑籽南瓜受到苯甲酸的危害程度低,其次是白籽南瓜,受到苯甲酸危害最大的是黄瓜。
The effects of different concentrations of benzoic acid on seed germination percentage, radicle length, radicle curvature, radicle diameter and seed viability were studied using cucumber, black seed pumpkin and white seed pumpkin seeds as test materials. The results showed that with the increase of benzoic acid concentration, the white dew rate, radicle length and seed viability decreased, and the cucumber decreased most obviously, followed by the white seed pumpkin and finally the black seed pumpkin. The bending degree And radicle diameter showed an upward trend, the most obvious increase in cucumber, followed by the white seed pumpkin, and finally the black seed pumpkin. In short, the black seed pumpkin by benzoic acid to a lesser extent, followed by the white seed pumpkin, benzoic acid is the most harmful to the cucumber.
