1992年12月,笔者用甜叶菊废渣栽培平菇,获得成功,现将结果报告如下: (一)供试材料 新鲜甜叶菊废渣,当年无霉变的棉子壳。平菇品种为济选1号、亚光1号。 (二)试验方法 试验设7个配方:①100%棉子壳;②80%棉子壳,20%甜叶菊废渣;③60%棉壳,40%甜叶菊废渣;④50%棉子壳,50%甜叶菊废渣;⑤40%棉子壳,60%甜叶菊废渣;⑥20%棉子壳,80%甜叶菊废渣,⑦100%甜叶菊废渣。每种配料各50kg,9月装袋栽培,12月出菇基本结束。 (三)结果与分析 通过观察菌丝生长状况、出菇迟早和计产,结果以济选1号在配方④中的表现最好。50%的棉子壳和50%的甜叶菊废渣栽培平菇,菌丝生长快,菌丝粗壮,出菇早,产量最高,袋栽生物效率为180%。同样,亚光1号也是以配方④表现最好。 我们通过对棉子壳、甜叶菊废渣营养成分分析表

(C) Results and Analysis By observing the growth of mycelium, fruiting sooner or later and production, the results of the election on the 1st in the formula ④ the best performance. Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated with 50% cotton seed hull and 50% stevia waste residue had fast growth of mycelium, thick mycelium, fruiting early, highest yield and bio-efficiency of 180%.
