目的:调查研究高校低年级医学贫困生的人格与精神负荷情况。方法:抽样调查广东医学院600名学生,采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和生活事件量表(LES)对其进行测评分析。结果:低年级贫困生与非贫困生的人格特征及气质类型分布均无显著性差异;贫困生与非贫困生在正性家庭有关问题、正性事件总和显著低于非贫困生,负性家庭有关问题、负性事件总和显著高于非贫困生。结论:低年级医学贫困生与非贫困生的人格与气质类型没有显著性差异;贫困生的精神负荷的主要源自家庭,比非贫困生更易受到日常生活正负事件的影响;贫困生较非贫困生的心理弹性更强。
Objective: To investigate the personality and mental workload of poor students in medical college. Methods: A total of 600 students from Guangdong Medical College were sampled and analyzed by EPQ and LES. Results: There was no significant difference in personality traits and temperament types between poor students and non-poor students in low grades. There was a positive correlation between poor students and non-poor students in positive families. The sum of positive events was significantly lower than those in non-poor students and negative families Related issues, the sum of negative events was significantly higher than non-poor students. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the personality and temperament between low grade medical students and non - poor students. The mental burden of poor students mainly comes from the family and is more affected by positive and negative events in daily life than non - poor students. Poor students are more resilient.
