目的:探讨生长激素联合醋酸曲普瑞林对中枢性性早熟女童生长发育及性激素的影响。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年12月于浙江新安国际医院治疗的中枢性早熟女童62例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组31例和对照组31例。对照组给予醋酸曲普瑞林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合生长激素治疗。两组疗程均为12个月。比较两组治疗前后骨龄差值/年龄差值(△BA/△CA)、身高、体质量、子宫和卵巢体积及性激素水平变化。结果:观察组治疗后△BA/△CA(0.64±0.17),低于对照组的(0.95±0.13)(n t=8.065,n P<0.05);观察组治疗后身高(127.32±1.08)cm、体质量(33.42±2.37)kg,均高于对照组[(126.34±0.87)cm、(31.01±2.15)kg](n t=3.934、4.193,均n P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫体积[(1.68±0.29)cmn 3]、卵巢体积[(1.26±0.18)cmn 3],均低于对照组[(2.41±0.46)cmn 3和(1.83±0.26)cmn 3](n t=7.474、10.036,均n P0.05)。n 结论:生长激素联合醋酸曲普瑞林对中枢性性早熟女童效果良好,且可改善患儿生长发育及降低血清雌二醇和促黄体生成素水平。“,”Objective:To investigate the effects of growth hormone combined with triptoreline acetate on growth and sex hormone in girls with central precocious puberty.Methods:Sixty-two girls with central precocious puberty who received treatment in Xin'an International Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive treatment with either triptorelin acetate (control group, n n = 31) or triptorelin acetate plus growth hormone (observation group, n n = 31) for 12 successive months. Before and after treatment, bone age difference/chronological age difference (△BA/△CA), body height, body weight, uterine and ovarian volume and sex hormone level were compared between the control and observation groups.n Results:△BA/△CA in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(0.64 ± 0.17) n vs. (0.95 ± 0.13), n t = 8.065, n P < 0.05). Body height and weight in the observation group were (127.32 ± 1.08) cm and (33.42 ± 2.37) kg, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(126.34 ± 0.87) cm and (31.01 ± 2.15) kg, n t = 3.934 and 4.193, both n P < 0.05]. Uterine and ovarian volume in the observation group were (1.68 ± 0.29) cm n 3 and (1.26 ± 0.18) cmn 3, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(2.41 ± 0.46) cmn 3 and (1.83 ± 0.26) cmn 3, n t = 7.474 and 10.036, bothn P 0.05).n Conclusion:Growth hormone combined with triptoreline acetate has a good effect on central precocious puberty in girls because it can improve the growth and development of girls and reduce serum levels of estradiol and luteinizing hormone.
