以盆栽试验探讨了叶面喷洒10~(-3) GA_3或 CCC 溶液的东非狼尾草和非洲狗尾草刈割后 GA_3和 CCC 对两种牧草再生及再生草干物质生产性能的后效应。结果表明:东非狼尾草 GA_3处理区和 CCC 处理区再生分别劣于和优于对照区,其再生状况分别与根茬被消耗养分的再生利用率以及再生茎干物质重密切相关;非洲狗尾草 GA_3处理区和 CCC 处理区再生与对照区均无显著差异。再生草生长过程中,东非狼尾草 GA_3处理区相对生长率、净同化率和叶面积相对扩展率显著高于对照区,使其再生差得到补偿;东非狼尾草 CCC 处理区以及非洲狗尾草两处理区各生长参数与对照区差异均不显著。两种牧草 GA_3和 CCC 处理区株高和地上部干物质产量与对照区均无显著差异。GA_3和 CCC 处理对两种牧草再生草干物质生产性能无明显后效应。
A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the post-effects of GA_3 and CCC on the performance of two forage grass regeneration and regeneration grass dry matter production after the foliar spray of 10-3 GA_3 or CCC solution on P. africanum and A. africanum. The results showed that regeneration of Pennisetum glauca GA3 and CCC treatments was inferior to and better than that of CK, respectively. The regeneration status was related to the regeneration of consumed nutrients and the dry matter weight of regenerated stems respectively. There was no significant difference between treatment area and CCC treatment area and control area. During the growth of regenerated grasses, the relative growth rate, net assimilation rate and leaf area relative growth rate of P. africanum GA_3 treatment area were significantly higher than that of the control area, so that the regeneration difference was compensated. Eastern Africa Pennisetum CCC treatment area, There was no significant difference between the growth parameters and the control area in the treatment area. There were no significant differences in plant height and aboveground dry matter yield of GA_3 and CCC treatments between the two pastures and the control. GA_3 and CCC treatment had no obvious effect on the performance of dry grass production of two grass herbage regeneration.
