餐饮业作为我国第三产业中一个传统服务性行业,目前我国正迎来一个餐饮业大发展的黄金时期,且礼仪培训已经成为餐饮行业管理中重要的实现手段,对提升员工的综合能力素质、提高餐饮市场顾客满意度、营造和谐友好的餐饮环境起着关键作用。本文通在对餐饮企业员工的礼仪培训问题进行分析的基础上提出餐饮业员工礼仪培训策略。
