目的:探讨栽培胡黄连代替野生胡黄连药用的可行性,为野生胡黄连的资源保护和可持续利用奠定基础。方法:采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微及理化鉴别的方法对栽培胡黄连与野生胡黄连进行鉴别比较研究。结果:二者植物形态、性状及显微特征有很大的相似性;薄层色谱斑点数目、颜色及Rf值、紫外吸收峰形及吸收波长也基本相似。结论:初步论证了人工栽培胡黄连替代野生胡黄连药用的可行性,也是对濒危植物胡黄连进行资源保护的一种可行性尝试。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of using medicinal plants of Coptis chinensis instead of wild Coptis chinensis for the purpose of resource conservation and sustainable utilization of Coptis chinensis. Methods: The methods of source identification, character identification, microscopic and physical and chemical identification were used to identify and compare cultivated Coptidis Rhizome with wild Coptidis Rhizoma. Results: The morphological, traits and microscopic features of the two plants were very similar. The number of spots, color, Rf value, UV absorption peak shape and absorption wavelength of TLC were similar. Conclusion: The feasibility of artificial cultivation of Coptis chinensis instead of wild Coptis chinensis Franch is preliminarily demonstrated, which is also a feasible attempt to protect the endangered plant Chromosome.
