患者男 ,76岁。因腹痛、黑便 3ｄ于 1999年 7月 9日入院。 3ｄ前 ,患者不明原因出现中上腹痛、黑便 ,大便初呈柏油样 ,后呈暗红色稀便 ,无呕血。 10余年前因“胃溃疡出血”行“胃大部切除术” ,2年前因咯血诊断“肺癌”。体检 :中度贫血貌 ,浅表淋巴结无肿大 ,左下肺呼吸音低 ;
Male patient, 76 years old. Due to abdominal pain, black stools were admitted to hospital on July 9, 1999. 3d, patients with unexplained middle-upper abdominal pain, melena, early stool showed tarry, dark red after stool, no vomiting. More than 10 years ago due to “gastric ulcer bleeding” line “gastrectomy”, 2 years ago because of hemoptysis diagnosis of “lung cancer.” Physical examination: moderate anemia appearance, superficial lymph nodes without swelling, lower left lung breath sounds low;
