观察病毒清颗粒剂的体外抗病毒抗菌作用。结果显示该剂对Ａｄｖ－７，ＲＳＶ，ＨＳＶ－１，流感病毒甲３等４种病毒有对抗作用，其有效浓度（每ｍｌ含生药量）分别为≥６．９，８．３，１３．８和８３ｍｇ；对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌、绿脓杆菌等亦有抗菌作用，其最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）分别为０．０３１２５，０．０３１２５，０．１２５和０．２５ｇｍｌ－１。本实验为临床应用该药抗呼吸道感染提供了药效学基础
