使用Ｈｕｍｐｈｒｅｙ６４０型视野分析仪黄斑色阈值程序研究２０例（２０眼）视网膜脱离术后的黄斑颜色明度敏感性（ＣＢＳ），并结合视力进行分析。发现术后的黄斑ＣＢＳ与术后的视力有着高度的相关性（Ｐ＜０．００１），呈直线正相关关系，光阈值与视力高低存在着相互对应关系，即光阈值越高，视力越低，反之亦然。说明各种颜色视觉互相融合共同构成的明视觉能有效地反映明视觉功能。对视网膜脱离术后进行ＣＢＳ检查能对手术的预后，视功能恢复和损害的程度有着定量的评价作用，而且可作为评价术后恢复性治疗效果的较为准确的方法 The macular color sensitivity (CBS) of 20 eyes (20 eyes) after retinal detachment was studied using the Humphrey Model 640 Field Analyzer Macular Threshold Procedure and combined with visual acuity. It was found that the postoperative macular CBS and postoperative visual acuity have a high correlation (P <0.001), showed a linear positive correlation, light threshold and visual acuity there is a mutual correspondence, that the higher the light threshold, the lower the visual acuity ,vice versa. It shows that the bright vision formed by the combination of various colors and vision can effectively reflect the bright vision function. CBS examination of retinal detachment surgery can have a quantitative evaluation of the prognosis, visual function recovery and extent of damage, and can be used as a more accurate method to evaluate the effect of postoperative recovery treatment
